CANCELLATION POLICY
We at Tommie Salon understand everyone has busy lives & schedules! This is why we offer 48 hour courtesy reminders prior to your appointment as we hope this will help our guests reschedule or cancel appointments if and when necessary. Tommie Salon requires a MINIMUM of 24 hour cancellation notice during business hours. Within 24 - 48 hours: no charge. Under 24 hours: 50% of the appointment is charged. Under 12 hours: 100% of appointment is charged.
